TalentRidge provides support to Staff and Students within Schools and Colleges offering a range of professional, impartial careers advice,  tailored to individual needs.

Delivered by impartial qualified careers guidance professionals, underpinned by the Matrix quality standard.  Talentridge staff offer extensive knowledge of industry sectors, can provide advice on entry routes into employment and direction on the skills employers seek from new entrants.  With access to a wide range of Careers and Education resources we ensure that our careers advice is up to date, impartial and accurate.


Students

 The World of Work

We deliver specific Careers Education sessions designed to align with the needs of each year group to support the crucial decisions that young people make throughout education, training and beyond

Exploring the wide range of work opportunities available, helping students to identify their personal skills, interests and qualities to help inform their choice of work

Students will explore how their interest in subjects can open up pathways into different careers  and routes into the World of Work

Career Assessments & Learning Choice 

Supporting students throughout their career choices and assisting schools and colleges in meeting their statutory requirements including;

  • One to one targeted impartial careers advice for years 9 – 11 and beyond
  • Careers Education sessions
  • Organised events to compliment school and college activities
  • Employability Skills workshops including:  
      • CV writing, Interview Techniques,
  • Job Search and Work Ethics
  • Specific events and Careers sessions designed to align with each year group
  • Advice and support with the crucial decisions throughout years 9 to 11 and beyond.
  • Psychometric Assessments to help explore career interests and options including the popular Morrisby assessment

With Morrisby you receive a personalised report, access to the Morrisby careers and education resource website including a personal area on the website containing all of your results, analyses and reports with career and route planning tools and information and a phone or Skype feedback interview.
